Role and missions:
We are looking for our Business Developer who is responsible for Key Accounts Lessors.
Your role is to develop and manage our portfolio of social landlords, of which we exploit part of the legacy of vacant garages. You usually negotiate with the General Management, the Heritage Department and/or the Rental Department.

Linked to the Sourcing Team, your main missions are:
• Prospecting new partners through different channels (telephone, email, etc.), optimizing and implementing CRM automation tools (Hubspot).
• Negotiating pricing and contract terms with future partners by pursuing defined margin targets.
• Continuous improvement of account management actions and fleet monitoring interface for partners.
• Defining and executing a commercial animation plan in collaboration with the marketing department.
• The development of the park managed with active partners from the signature to the collection of the keys.
• Weekly reporting on commercial activities, fleet development under management and operational improvements.

Profile :
• With a Bac+5 education and from a commercial background you have a strong taste for prospecting, innovation and performance.
• You have already held positions as Business Developer, BtoB salesperson, business engineer, business development manager, key account manager.
• Your professional experiences have enabled you to acquire the interpersonal skills needed to develop contacts at all levels.
• A true business developer, you have proven yourself (ideally in an SME or fast growing environment) over long and complex sales cycles.
• Autonomous, patient, rigorous and dynamic, you have good analytical and organizational skills to achieve your goals!
• You like teamwork and want to work for an innovative company to take on new challenges.
