The main partners and customers of KOMIS come from sports federations and international organizations (FFR, EPCR, World Rugby, etc.), national leagues (LNR, LFH, etc.), professional clubs (League 1 and 2, Top 14, Pro D2 ) but also companies, municipalities and communication agencies.

As part of the significant development of its activity, KOMIS is recruiting for its headquarters in Montauban (82) a:

Account manager / brand manager (F/M)

Under the direct authority of the manager and in coordination with the technical manager and the logistics manager, you will join the teams to support our key account customers in managing their events and rolling out their brands, and to contribute to national and the agency’s international development, events and commercial activities.

Position and missions:

Management of a portfolio of key accounts for national and international events
• Strategic recommendation phase: site visit, briefing, measurements in coordination with the technical manager, planning, project coordination, strategic advisory missions, preparation of deliverables;
• Coordinating the production of all deliverables with suppliers (transmission of visuals, orders, production monitoring, delivery monitoring);
• Sourcing of service providers;
• Design, management and operational execution of events for the various clients of the agency: decoration of speakers, decoration of VIP and general public areas, media solutions, LED video solutions
• Management and/or coordination of installation teams;
• Event planning and budget management.
Reporting and business review of the large accounts portfolio
• Budget management: monitoring financial profitability; full administrative and financial management (negotiation, quotations, invoices from customers and service providers);
• Customer relationship management.
Development of agency and portfolio activities
• Monitoring and analysis of the market, trends and innovations;
• Update of software databases and mapping;
• Identification of potential new customers, especially brands investing in sports marketing;
• Monitoring of trade fairs and events in which the agency could participate as a visitor or exhibitor;
• Implementation of commercial and development strategies in France and abroad (especially Anglo-Saxon countries);
• Identification of partners that complement and enhance the agency’s strategic, creative and technological capabilities;
• Procurement monitoring and management: determination of strategic approach, development of responses, coordination of all internal and external stakeholders, development of budgets and retro-planning in coordination with management and the technical manager, preparation of technical and/or administrative memoirs and oral presentation .

Skills and know-how:

his knowledge
• Education BAC +4/5 in Sports Management, School of Business, Communication or Science Po
• You have at least 3 years of experience in the field of sports marketing and sales, at agencies, institutions or within the sponsorship functions of an advertiser
• You have a good network of contacts in the sports sector in France
• Knowledge of creation tools (Adobe suite) and the graphics chain
• Professional English required (bilingual)
• Permit B essential
