Launched in 2014 by Laure Courty, JESTOCKE.COM is THE marketplace specializing in networking for storage needs between individuals or between professionals. We connect owners of vacant warehouses with customers who are looking for furniture storage, cellar, garage, parking lot, rent a warehouse nearby and at a lower price.

You are about to join the JESTOCKE.COM sales team: you will join the sales team, at the heart of all issues of offer promotion, sales and customer support for the entire JESTOCKE marketplace!

Role and missions:
Your role is to participate in business development actions and to provide the best service to our users. At the heart of the company’s activity, you will be integrated into the sales team with the following missions:

Prospect new market segments through various channels and contribute to the development of the offer.
Answering incoming questions from customers.
Ensure the operational management of requests and their follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction: customer requests, payments, complaints, claims.
Promote the offers available on the site through targeted acquisition channels.
Be proactive in continuously improving products and processes.

Profile :
With a commercial background (Bachelor, M1, M2), your commercial skills and your interpersonal skills help you turn every lead into a satisfied customer.
Energetic, motivated and proactive, you like teamwork, you have a love for challenge and a start-up spirit.
With very good organization and great accuracy in the follow-up of the missions, you are looking for a stimulating (and exciting) work-study program.
You are comfortable on the phone and by email, you have impeccable spelling and an expressive level that allows you to address any type of customer.
Versatile, you are able to manage urgent requests, provide the best solution to your customers and participate fully in the development of the turnover.

This conversation takes place in two phases. The first with your future manager to discuss your missions and the second with someone who works on another team to discuss our culture at JESTOCKE.

We invite you to spend some time with your future team and share a meal with us (conditions permitting).

🟨 Step 4 – References
We always do two reference checks before we can complete the recruitment. We will therefore ask you for some contacts.
