Business Schools: ESCA opens its new campus in the heart of Casablanca Finance City

The new campus of the ESCA Management School was inaugurated on Friday in the center of Casablanca Finance City in the presence of various personalities from the political, academic and business worlds.

Located in the heart of Casablanca Finance City, rightly regarded as the new urban center of the metropolis, the new Campus rises over an area of ​​16,500 m2, placing the student at the center of the school’s educational model.

The new ESCA campus, inaugurated under the presidency of the Minister of Higher Education, Scientific Research and Innovation, Abdellatif Miraoui, as well as the Minister Delegate in charge of Investment, Convergence and Public Policy Evaluation, Mohcine Jazouli and the President of the CGEM , Chakib Alj, integrates harmoniously into the global architecture of the financial center “Casablanca Finance City”, while taking advantage of its entrepreneurial and international dynamism.

This architectural gem is both a space for training in the different areas of management according to the highest international academic standards, as well as a global range of value-added services for students, managers, companies and the economic sector in general.

On this occasion, the President of ESCA, Thami Ghorfi, said that he welcomed the inauguration of this campus in the presence of various political personalities and from academia and business, noting that the aim of the school is to bring talents, training skills and executives in the business world.

In a statement to M24, MAP’s continuous news channel, he noted that this ceremony was an opportunity to discover and appreciate the school’s equipment, facilities and educational concept, signifying that it is a first, a fully connected urban campus where students and pupils of all ages not only have educational facilities, but also sufficient living, working and coworking spaces.

According to Mr Ghorfi, the skills and abilities acquired in school will enable students and apprentices to interact with the professional world, solve problems, have room for innovation and contribute to what the industry should be , the economy but also the city, the environment and society of tomorrow.

And to emphasize that the school, which will soon be celebrating its 30th anniversary, has more than a thousand students in various programs (bachelors, masters) and specialized masters intended for young people coming from the university world and the specialization in the different areas of management, and adds that the school also provides training for executives and employees of companies who want to progress in their activities.

Mr Ghorfi stated that it is essential that 30 nationalities are trained within the school, making this institution a very international school, noting that this benchmark establishment offers the opportunity to meet people from different parts of the world and to train not only talents who will be leaders tomorrow, but leaders who understand the world differently.

For his part, ESCA’s Development Director, Hicham El Ghabzouri, emphasized in a similar statement that, on the occasion of its 30th anniversary, the school wanted to provide its students and participants in the context of continuing education with a space for the fulfillment and development of their skills, soft skills and hard skills, in the context of a living space.

And to add that it is a campus of more than 16,000 square feet on eight floors with living areas, state-of-the-art gym and meeting space equipped with the latest technologies, a Startup incubator, connected classrooms, among others, noting that the goal is to provide rich experiences to all students.

ESCA is a leader in quality higher education in Morocco, he recalled, pointing out that the school has trained more than 4,000 graduates who are currently actors and leaders at the national market and international level and who have the pride are of the established order and of Morocco.

Founded in 1992, ESCA has more than 4,500 graduates and trains 1,100 students, executives and managers each year through its initial education and continuing education programs. 81% of graduates hold national and international management positions and 62% of them have international experience. It is the first Business School in Morocco and Francophone Africa to be accredited by AACSB.
