In the French and European aviation world, the business lounge from Montpellier Airport has found its place. Due to the quality of its services, it also records very good feedback from its customers. The price list has been revised and enriched to offer a range of “products” that respond to the diversity of applications.

Many services

Created in September 2016, the business lounge at Montpellier Méditerranée Airport has consistently benefited from the excellent rating of its customers. Located in the immediate vicinity of boarding gates 16 and 17 dedicated to flights to Paris, passport control and a smoking terrace of which the airport world knows little, this lounge is designed for both work and relaxation. With an area of 150 m², this multi-company location has two lounge areas dedicated to relaxation, a restaurant area and two areas to work individually or connected.

Benefits and services offered to customers include unlimited high speed WiFi, TV and the continuous news channel, local and national press, hot and cold drinks, cold food and of course disabled access. The salon is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday from 04:45 to 19:00, Friday from 04:45 to 21:30 and Sunday from 04:45 to 20:15.

One of the most qualitative

Satisfaction surveys conducted by airlines rank the business lounge Montpellier Méditerranée Airport among the most qualitative. Good results were made possible in part by the permanent dialogue that the airport, the direct manager of this space, was able to enter into with users.

This incessant quest for improvement has just led to a simplification of access methods. The price list has been revised and enriched to offer a range of “products” that respond to the diversity of applications. Please note that prior purchase of admission to the show entitles you to the Premium skip-the-line service, ie priority access to the inspection filter station. In all cases and regardless of the purpose of the trip, this service offers a very noticeable extra comfort.

The rating

As always, access is of course offered to eligible customers, depending on the loyalty programs or the fare class of the partner airlines:
– Air France and KLM (travellers benefiting from the Ultimate and Elite+ loyalty programs, ie Flying Blue Gold, Platinum or Club 2000 cards; travelers in Business or Premiere fare classes).
– Royal Air Maroc (Safar Flyer Gold and Ambassador loyalty programs; Business fare class).
– Luxair (Business class, Senator cardholders of the Miles&More programme).
Other airlines are also planning to offer their customers access to the show in the near future.

Access to the lounge is of course possible for any traveler other than those eligible, regardless of destination and company, subject to four types of access:
– An unlimited annual package (for € 359) with the right to one guest.
– A non-nominated “Company” pass for 12 entrances (at a cost of €150, ie €125 excluding VAT).
– A fixed price of 12 “Individual” nominated entries (at a cost of 150€).
– Individual admission valid for one day (paying €18) with a child discount (free for children from 0 to 2 years, €9 for children from 2 to 12 years).
