The first batch of Contentsquare certified students.

Contentsquare, the leading Experience Analytics platform, and KEDGE Business School announce their partnership to give students the opportunity to learn more about the Contentsquare platform. The first batch of students of the Master of Science MSc Digital Marketing & Sales program will be certified at the end of the program in March 2022. The partnership will be relaunched in future editions with KEDGE’s MSc Digital Marketing & Sales. Contentsquare is one of the first French Tech Unicorns to set up a partnership to certify mastery of its own platform, aiming to provide students with one of the most sought-after skill certificates to enter the job market.

A first-class certified in 2022

Convinced that learning by doing best prepares students for the challenges they face as managers, Contentsquare and KEDGE hosted the first training session as part of their recent collaboration. Thus, the 54 students of the 2021/2022 promotion of the MSc Digital Marketing & Sales benefited from a certification program aimed at training them in the Contentsquare digital experience analytics platform and discovering the digital experience challenges faced by businesses. The first promotion was certified at the end of March 2022 at the end of a 12-hour course module.
By entering into this partnership, Contentsquare becomes the first French Tech unicorn to enter into a certifying partnership with a business school around its solution, offering students support from various professionals from the ecosystem. The program will be renewed next year within the MSc Digital Marketing & Sales, and possibly on other Masters of Science programmes.

One ambition: employability of students

The merger of KEDGE and Contentsquare is the result of a shared vision of training and aims to equip these talents with the skills to meet both the user experience (UX) challenges of companies and the technologies that can help them. achieve their goals.
Contentsquare certification is therefore based on practice, namely the discovery of an existing solution, relevant to companies in all sectors in France and internationally to improve the quality of the experience offered to users. To be satisfactory, the experience must combine technological achievement, accessibility and alignment with the companies’ commitment to impact, CSR, etc.
By educating tomorrow’s talents in these skills, Contentsquare and KEDGE are also actively fighting the talent shortage that exists in Tech. This program thus contributes to strengthening the employability of certified students within private companies using digital solutions, consultancies and Contentsquare teams.

Scope of the partnership

Resolutely focused on practice, the program began with an introduction and demonstration of the Contentsquare platform, followed by a certification phase. Once trained in the use of the technology, the students participated in a workshop session to analyze and formalize the audit to be performed. Contentsquare’s experts presented the use case of the Piaget brand to them, while the Chief Revenue Officer of the Homair brand came to share his expertise.
The third session, in which the participants presented the analyses, was interrupted by a closing ceremony in the presence of Anil Benard-Dende, Deputy Director of KEDGE Business School, Nicolas Buttafoghi, Academic Director of the MSc Digital Marketing & Sales at KEDGE, Ziad Nakad, Senior VP Customer Success EMEA at Contentsquare, and Philippe Omer-Decugis, VP Sales Western Europe at Contentsquare.

As Ziad Nakad, Senior VP Customer Success EMEA at Contentsquare, points out:“The shortage of qualified talent in the Tech sector is a real challenge for all of us, whether we are solution publishers like us, user companies, education or training organizations. We all benefit from providing our future employees with a high level of skill. Ultimately, both the private and public sectors will benefit, not to mention the users, buyers or citizens whose digital experience can still be greatly improved.”

Anil Benard-Dende, Deputy Director of KEDGE Business School, adds: “This partnership is beneficial in two respects; firstly, the students work on a concrete business case by providing their feedback directly to the company associated with the project: this is fully in line with KEDGE’s pedagogy “Learn by doing, succeed by doing”. It then brings important and distinctive skills to our students who will be in the job market tomorrow.”
