1st IT recruitment agency in the west with 300 recruitments per year and with a well-known and recognized image in the market. For 10 years we have been supporting more than 400 end customers (publisher, startup, large groups, etc. => no ESN).

Three years after its creation, our Bordeaux entity is a recognized player in the local tech ecosystem.
> In growth, we want to strengthen the team by recruiting an intern Business Developer IT M/F.


With its 28 employees and its 4 agencies (Nantes / Bordeaux / Rennes / La Roche sur Yon) and very soon also installed in Lille, Extermatic is in full development.

>> Objectives: to develop the company’s customer network, promote EXTERNATIC and collaborate with the recruitment consultants to give our candidates as many opportunities as possible!

Connected to the Bordeaux team, in connection with your referent who will be responsible for your integration into the company, your operational missions will be as follows:


Development of the customer portfolio
Centralize all information about the market and the companies to be prospected
Multi-channel commercial prospecting (cold call/networking/social selling/etc)
Enrichment of the prospecting base
Be a force of the proposal on the objectives to be developed and the implementation of commercial actions
Identify new business opportunities, develop approach strategies, contact and negotiate with prospects
Close deals

2. Network – communication

Participation in the existing dynamics of partnerships with institutional actors
Organization / sponsorship of Tech and HR events
Promoting School-Incubator Relationships
Communication on social networks, blog and press article

> You will have the opportunity to build your IT recruiting skills with the team (sourcing training, interviewing, etc.).
> The internship can lead to a permanent contract or an internship.

You follow a higher education (Bac +4/5) with a specialization in IT or commerce and you have a passion for technology.
>> You are attracted by the tech / start-ups / innovation universe.
You ideally have a technical paint that allows you to exchange with your customers (programming language, tools, etc.)
Commercial Skills: You have done minimum customer relations and ideally a new job
You have excellent writing skills and good oral skills
You like contact, human relations and networking
Curious and creative: you are a driving force, autonomous, even intrapreneur at heart
You are team-oriented / sharing / working together
You are able to converse in English (our candidates/clients are not necessarily French-speaking): this is ideal, but not required
